REMOVAL
1.
Release all pressure from hydraulic lines by disconnecting gooseneck hydraulics from power.
CAUTION
Cap or plug all ports and hose ends to prevent contamination of hydraulic oil. Failure to
comply may result in damage to, or destruction of, equipment or mission.
NOTE
Tag all wires, hoses, tubing, and connections prior to removal for ease of installation.

Disconnect five hydraulic lines (Figure 1, Item 4) from rear and side of control valve (Figure 1, Item 1) inlet
and outlet ports and cap or tape closed openings in ports and lines.
3.
Tag and disconnect hydraulic line (Figure 1, Item 3) from pressure gage (Figure 1, Item 2).
4.
Loosen and remove three mounting bolts (Figure 1, Item 5), washers (Figure 1, Item 6), and self-locking
nuts (Figure 1, Item 7) securing hydraulic control valve (Figure 1, Item 1) to gooseneck and remove control
valve (Figure 1, Item 1) and pressure gage (Figure 1, Item 2). Discard self-locking nuts (Figure 1, Item 7).
5.
Loosen and separate pressure gage (Figure 1, Item 2) from control valve (Figure 1, Item 1).
