REMOVAL
1.
Push taillight lens (Figure 1, Item 1) inward until it pushes through rubber grommet (Figure 1, Item 2) and
falls into semitrailer body.
2.
Separately withdraw rubber grommet (Figure 1, Item 2) and lens (Figure 1, Item 1) through taillight
mounting opening.
3.
Release electrical connector locking tab (Figure 1, Item 4) and separate lens (Figure 1, Item 1) from
connector (Figure 1, Item 3).

INSTALLATION
1.
Position rubber grommet (Figure 1, Item 2) in taillight mounting opening and rotate rubber grommet so that
word "TOP" is uppermost.
2.
Connect electrical connector (Figure 1, Item 3) to rear of taillight lens (Figure 1, Item 1) and secure with
locking tab (Figure 1, Item 4).
NOTE
Lens should be evenly aligned with grommet before pushing. Liquid soap may be used to
lubricate the grommet.
3.
Align taillight so that electrical connector is at bottom and push lens (Figure 1, Item 1) into rubber grommet
(Figure 1, Item 2) until it seats in place.

Connect power source and test electrical system for proper operation.
