REMOVAL
1.
Remove two screws (1) from doghouse door (2) and cage nuts (3) in doghouse (4).
2.
Tilt upper portion of doghouse door (2) toward rear of cab.
3.
Slide doghouse door (2) to passenger's side of vehicle and remove from doghouse (4).
