1. Position heavy-duty winch remote control unit HIGH IDLE ON/OFF switch to ON position. (WP 0010)
2. Set multimeter switch to ohms.
3. Connect positive (+) probe of multimeter to wire 1849 at remote control cable connector, terminal D. Refer to
schematics.
