5.
Remove two bolts (11), nut (12), bolt (13), and bracket (14).
6.
Remove 38 cylinder head bolts (15) and washers (16).
7.
Install lifter (17) between fuel injector holes no. 3 and no. 4.
a.
Install bolt (18) using bolt hole for center cam cap bolt.
b.
Install two bolts (19) using two tapped holes for engine retarder assembly.
