Disconnect hose assembly (Figure 3, Item 7) from adapter (Figure 3, Item 2).

Remove valve (Figure 3, Item 4) and protective cap (Figure 3, Item 3) from adapter (Figure 3, Item 2).
NOTE
Nut, starwasher, and adapter are all components of the anchor fitting.
8.
Remove nut (Figure 3, Item 6), starwasher (Figure 3, Item 5), and adapter (Figure 3, Item 2) from semitrailer
frame (Figure 3, Item 1). Discard anchor fitting.

To prevent contamination of air system components, drain water from reservoir after
cleaning. Failure to comply may result in damage to, or destruction of, equipment
or mission.

Clean mud and dirt from exposed surfaces with water and a stiff brush.
