REMOVAL
1.
Tag and disconnect air hose (Figure 1, Item 1) from elbow (Figure 1, Item 2) and seal air hose with tape.
2.
Remove elbow (Figure 1, Item 2) from air reservoir (Figure 1, Item 4) and seal opening with tape.
3.
Seal reservoir outlet (Figure 1, Item 3) to spring brake control valve with tape.

Remove four bolts (Figure 2, Item 9), eight washers (Figure 2, Item 7), four self-locking nuts
(Figure 2, Item 6), and two gaskets (Figure 2, Item 8) from air reservoir (Figure 2, Item 2) and semitrailer
frame (Figure 2, Item 1). Discard self-locking nuts (Figure 2, Item 6) and gaskets (Figure 2, Item 8).
5.
Lower and remove reservoir (Figure 2, Item 2).
