6. Install cab frame rail sleeve bushings as follows (see Figure 3-31):
a. Slide 90-degree joiner bracket firmly back into position again against cab frame rail and torque bracket
locknuts to 23 lb-ft.
NOTE
The sleeve bushings (1) in the following step are used to keep the cab frame rail
from collapsing.
b. Install two sleeve bushings (1) and secure each with one bolt (2), two flat washers (3), and
one locknut (4). Torque locknuts to 35 lb-ft.
c. Secure upper wheel well panel to lower wheel well panel using three flat washers (3) and locknuts (4).
Torque locknuts to 23 lb-ft.
