a. Installation
1. Pre-assemble lower wheel well panel as follows (see Figure 3-26):
a. Install one 90-degree joiner bracket (1) onto lower wheel well panel (2) and secure with
three flat washers (3) and locknuts (4). Do not tighten locknuts.
