REMOVE FOUR SCREWS (1) AND GUARD ASSEMBLY (2).
NOTE
Tag all wires prior to disconnecting to aid in connecting.

REMOVE FIVE SEMS SCREWS (3) AND DISCONNECT SIX WIRES (4) FROM FLAME DETECTOR
SWITCH (5).
C A U T I O N
Flame detector switch contains a ceramic rod, and must not be bent during
removal to prevent damage to equipment.

REMOVE COMPRESSION NUT (6) AND FLAME DETECTOR SWITCH (5) FROM HEATER (7).
4.
REMOVE COMPRESSION SLEEVE (8) AND COMPRESSION NUT (6) FROM FLAME DETECTOR
SWITCH (5). DISCARD COMPRESSION SLEEVE.
