8.
Hold adjusting screw (23) in position and remove thickness gage.
9.
Tighten lock nut (22) to 26 lb-ft (35 Nm).
10.
Adjust the remaining engine retarders using steps 1 through 9.
11.
Install rocker arm cover (WP 0016 00).
