NOTE
Whenever a new slack adjuster or air brake chamber has been installed, perform steps 1 through 7 using a
manufactured slack adjuster template (WP 0230 00).

Compare length of slack adjuster (1) with template (2). Marks by holes in small end of template indicate length of slack
adjuster.
