REMOVAL
1.
Release all pressure from hydraulic lines by disconnecting gooseneck hydraulics from power source.
CAUTION
Cap or plug all fittings and hose ends to prevent contamination of hydraulic oil. Failure to
comply may result in damage to, or destruction of, equipment or mission.
NOTE
Tag all wires, hoses, tubing, and connections prior to removal for ease of installation.
2.
Disconnect hydraulic lines (Figure 1, Item 1) from gooseneck regulator valve (Figure 1, Item 5) connectors
and cap or tape closed openings in gooseneck regulator valve connectors and hydraulic lines.
3.
Remove two self-locking nuts (Figure 1, Item 2), four washers (Figure 1, Item 3), two bolts
(Figure 1, Item 4), and gooseneck regulator valve (Figure 1, Item 5) from inside wall of gooseneck. Discard
self-locking nuts (Figure 1, Item 2).

DISASSEMBLY
Remove all fittings from gooseneck regulator valve.

INSPECTION
Inspect fittings for damage and replace as needed.
