ASSEMBLY
Install all fittings onto gooseneck regulator valve.
END OF TASK
INSTALLATION
1.
Install gooseneck regulator valve (Figure 1, Item 5) onto inside wall of gooseneck with two bolts
(Figure 1, Item 4), four washers (Figure 1, Item 3), and two new self-locking nuts (Figure 1, Item 2).
2.
Remove caps or tape from gooseneck regulator valve (Figure 1, Item 5) connectors and hydraulic lines
(Figure 1, Item 1).
3.
Apply anti-seizing tape to threads of gooseneck regulator valve (Figure 1, Item 5) connectors.
4.
Reconnect and tighten hydraulic lines (Figure 1, Item 1) to appropriate connectors as directed by tags
during removal procedure.
5.
Pressurize system and check for leaks.
