Wear eye protection when removing and installing retaining rings to prevent them from
flying off and hitting your face. Failure to comply may result in death or injury to personnel.
Seek medical attention in the event of an injury.
CAUTION
Make sure not to damage machined surface of camshaft when removing retaining ring.
Failure to comply may result in damage to, or destruction of, equipment or mission.
NOTE
There are six camshafts on semitrailer, this procedure replaces one camshaft. All other
camshafts are replaced the same.
