PLEXIGLASS WINDOW REPLACEMENT - CONTINUED

REMOVAL
1.
Remove, pry out, rear window gasket core (3).
2.
Apply liquid detergent inside of rear window gasket (2) and pry plexiglass window (8) out of rear window gasket (2)
towards the inside of the cab (1).
3.
Remove locknut (6), bolt (4), washer (5), and exit strap (7) from plexiglass window (8). Discard locknut.

CLEANING AND INSPECTION
Clean and inspect all parts IAW General Maintenance Instructions (WP 0011 00).
INSTALLATION
1.
Install exit strap (7), washer (5), bolt (4), and new locknut (6) on plexiglass window (8).
2.
Remove, pry out, rear window gasket core (3).
3.
Apply liquid detergent inside of window rear window gasket (2) and press plexiglass window (8) into rear window gas-
ket (2) from the inside of the cab (1)
4.
Press rear window gasket core (3) into gasket.
