CLEANING AND INSPECTION
Clean and inspect all parts IAW General Maintenance Instructions (WP 0011 00).
INSTALLATION

Use extreme caution when handling heavy parts. Provide adequate support and use assistance during proce-
dure. Failure to follow this warning may cause injury or death to personnel.
1.
Install door frame assembly (5) to vehicle door frame

with four washers (27), bolts (28), washers (26), and
new locknuts (25).
2.
Install two angle alignment guides (24), four washers
15,16,17,18
(22), bolts (23), washers (21), and new locknuts (20)
19
on door frame assembly (5).
3.
Install two cam engagement angles (19), four washers
20,21,22,23
(17), bolts (18), washers (16), and new locknuts (15)
on door frame assembly (5).

Install six washers (8), bolts (9), washers (7), and new locknuts (6) on door frame assembly (5).
5.
Install six new lockwashers (14), washers (13), and bolts (12) on door frame assembly (5).
6.
Install two washers (3), bolts (4), washers (2), and new locknuts (1) on door frame assembly (5).
