INSTALLATION
WARNING
Fifth wheel plate weighs 525 lbs (238 kg). Do not attempt to lift or move fifth wheel plate
without the aid of an assistant and a lifting device. Failure to comply may result in injury or
death to personnel.
1. Attach lifting device to fifth wheel plate (1).

NOTE
Ensure bolt flange head faces up towards fifth wheel plate.
