Is continuity measured between wire 151D at engine harness connector MC21, terminal B and a known good
ground?
DECISION
No - Test 40 - Can engine harness wire 150/151D be repaired?
Yes - Test 41 - Does high idle operate after swapping high idle active relay R10 with a known good relay?
