REMOVAL
WARNING
DO NOT perform fuel system checks, inspections or maintenance while smoking or near fire, flames or
sparks. Fuel may ignite, causing injury or death to personnel or damage to equipment.
NOTE
Tag wires to aid in installation.
1.
Remove screw (1), washer (2), and wire lead (3) from fuel level sending unit (4).
NOTE
Note cable and clamp position and tag wire lead to aid in installation.
2.
Remove screw (5), ground lead (6), and clamp (7) from fuel level sending unit (4).
3.
Remove cable (8) and clamp (7) from fuel level sending unit (4).
4.
Remove four remaining screws (5), fuel level sending unit (4), and seal (9). Discard seal.
