REMOVAL
WARNING
DO NOT perform fuel system checks, inspections or maintenance while smoking or near fire, flames or
sparks. Fuel may ignite, causing injury or death to personnel or damage to equipment.
1.
Disconnect fuel inlet line (1).
2.
Disconnect fuel pump-to-secondary fuel filter line (2).
3.
Disconnect fuel pump-to-fuel water separator line (3).
4.
Disconnect fuel pump lubrication line (4).
5.
Remove elbow (5) from lubrication port of fuel pump (6).
