Unscrew and remove with brush guard  support  (18). Remove. Remove  from  fender  supports  (3). and  (38). Unscrew  and  remove  top  filler  panel (7). Unscrew  and  remove  forward  filler panel  (12)  and  rear  filler  panel  (34). Unscrew  and  remove  fender  support (38). Unscrew and remove fender support (3). Aline  with  mounting  holes  on fender  (33). Attach  with  six  bolts  (36),  twelve washers (35), and six nuts (28). Aline  with  mounting  holes  on fender  (33),  forward  filIer  panel (12),  and  rear  filler  panel  (34). Attach  with  eight  bolts  (5),  sixteen washers (6), and eight nuts (29). Aline  with  mounting  holes  on fender  supports  (3)  and  (38), Attach  with  ten  bolts  (22), washer (21), nineteen washers (25)  and  ten  nuts  (26). Fender to bumper brace (20) and fender to cab support  brace  (31)  may be removed from vehicle by unscrewing one exist- ing  nut. Second mechanic to assist. If braces (20) or (31) were  removed  from vehicle,  reinstall  with  one existing  nut. 11-38
