Plug openings as soon as you disconnect Iines.
Two hose clamps (22).
Bolt (15), Iockwasher (16) and
flat washer (17).
Hose clamp (1).
Hose (14).
Two fittings (13)
and one (11).
Four bolts and
Iockwashers (20),
Capscrew (10) and
washer (9).
Two locknuts (26).
Remove.
Unscrew and remove hose
retainer (19).
Remove.
Remove from upper rear
connection on hydraulic pump
and reservoir assembly (3) and
lower fitting on cooler (23).
Unscrew and remove two
hoses (12),
Unscrew from four nuts and
washers (18); remove cooler
(23).
a. Unscrew and remove from
hose strap (8).
b. Push oil line (7) out of way.
a. Unscrew and remove.
b. Pull hydraulic pump and
reservoir assembly (3) free
from adapter (31),
c. Throw away O-ring (27).
NOTE
Mark location for reassembly.
Mark locations for reassembly.
Remove from bottom
through frame rail notch
(M915).
Remove from top over
frame rail (M916 thru
M920).
Coupling (24) may fall out when adapter (31)
is removed. Do not lose it.
Snapring (25).
Remove from coupling (24);
Throw away snapring.
slide coupling from shaft.
