5. Pitman arm (7) and
steering gear shaft (9).
6. Nut (2) and bolt (8).
7. Drag link (4), nut (6),
and new cotter pin (5).
a. Aline marks (1) and (3).
b. Insert wedge to open arm
slightly.
c. Drive on with mallet.
d. Check that marks are still
alined.
Screw on. Tighten to 400 Ib-ft
(542 Nm) with torque wrench.
a. Install.
b. Torque nut to 120 Ib-ft
(163 Nm).
