TROUBLESHOOTING PROCEDURE
SYMPTOM
ONE OR MORE LIGHTS INOPERABLE
MALFUNCTION
BURNED OUT OR DEFECTIVE LEDS/LIGHTS
CORRECTIVE ACTION
Replace burned out or defective LEDs/lights (WP 0044), (WP 0045), or (WP 0046).
MALFUNCTION
VOLTAGE IS LOW
CORRECTIVE ACTION
1.
Test receptacle for proper voltage at receptacle. If voltage is low, clean receptacle and wires
(WP 0035).
2.
If there is no power at receptacle, unplug wires at receptacle and test for proper voltage
(WP 0047) and (WP 0050). If proper voltage exists, replace receptacle (WP 0047) and
(WP 0048).
3.
If there is no power at wires, test voltage at next check point. See schematic (WP 0096).
4.
If proper voltage exists, repair or replace wiring (WP 0050).
5.
If there is no power at check point, continue to next check point. Continue testing unit reaching
24-volt receptacle. Repair or replace wire as required for wires between test points (WP 0050).
