Use extreme caution when handling heavy parts. Provide adequate support and use assistance during
procedure. Failure to follow this warning may cause injury or death to personnel.
Use caution when handling window glass. Glass can break unexpectedly during removal/installation
procedure. Wear face shield, apron, and gloves. Failure to follow this warning may cause injury to per-
sonnel.
1.
With assistance, remove 14 bolts (1), washers (3), lockwashers (2), and door ballistic glass frame (4) while maintaining
support for door ballistic glass (6). Discard lockwashers.
2.
With assistance, carefully remove door ballistic glass (6) from outside of door (5).

CLEANING AND INSPECTION
Clean and inspect all parts IAW General Maintenance Instructions (WP 0011 00).
