Yes - Repair wire 451 (refer to TM 9-2320-315-14&P).Test 42 - Does high idle operate?
TEST 35 - Is continuity measured between wire 151-D at high idle active relay R10 connector, terminal 87
and engine harness connector MC21, terminal B?
