Using at least three shims with thickest in middle, assemble new shim pack (16).

Remove seven cap screws (10).
99.
Using suitable lifting device, lift input shaft (13) 1/4 - 1/2 in (6-12 mm).

Install shim pack (16) under bearing cage (41). Ensure shim pack installation pattern matches bearing cage installation
pattern.

Install filter shield (12), seven washers (11), and cap screws (10).
