Follow tightening sequence and tighten screws to 120 lb-in (1360 Ncm). Repeat sequence and tighten to 180 lb-in (20
Nm).
6.
Install outlet tank (9) with bolting bars (5 and 6), screws (7 and 8), and new lock nuts (1).

Follow tightening sequence and tighten screws to 120 lb-in (1360 Ncm). Repeat sequence and tighten to 180 lb-in (20
Nm).
8.
Install two new lock nuts (1), expansion tank (2), and radiator cap (3).
CAUTION
DO NOT apply excessive air pressure when testing radiator. Too much pressure will damage radiator core.
Air pressure should not exceed 20 psi (138 kPa).
9.
Pressure test radiator.
