REMOVAL
1.
Disconnect harness connector (1) from binary switch (2).
2.
Remove binary switch (2) and preformed packing (3) from receiver-drier (4). Discard preformed packing.
INSTALLATION
1.
Lightly coat new preformed packing (3) with refrigerant lubricating oil. Install preformed packing on threads of
receiver-drier (4) coupling.
2.
Install binary switch (2) and tighten to 108 lb-in (1220 Ncm).
3.
Connect harness connector (1) to binary switch (2).
