b. Remove cable grip (10) from
heater cover (7).
a. Remove two screws (4) and
Iockwashers (3).
b. Remove heater mounting plate
(2) and heater (1) from trans-
mission.
a. Install in transmission.
b. Secure with two screws (4)
and Iockwashers (3).
a. Install in heater cover (7).
b. Secure with nut (8) and
washer (9).
Connect to heater mounting plate
(2).
a. Install on heater mounting
plate (2).
b. Secure with two bolts (5)
and Iockwashers (6).
Refer to para 6-9E.
Plug into source and vehicle
receptacle, flip transmission
heater circuit breaker to ON.
Verify that heater is function-
ing,
Reconnect per para 5-37B.
Flip circuit breaker OFF
and disconnect power
cord after check.
