Tighten.

Install according to figure.

Install and tighten.

Connect per paragraph 5-37B.
23. Engine
Start up (see TM 9-2320-273-10).
Verify voltmeter indicates normal.
NOTE
Follow-on maintenance action required:
Replace fender paragraph 11-14B or D.
