Set selector switch on “RX1”.
Put black probe in “COM-” jack.
Put red probe in “+” jack.
Now “zero” the meter. While touching the probes together, turn “ADJ” knob
over the “0” on the top scale.

If the needle will not “zero”, replace the batteries, If the needle still will
not “zero” after replacing the batteries, turn the meter in for repair.
