WARNING
Hub may be hot. Before putting hand to hub, hold hand close to hub to check for excessive
heat radiation. This will prevent skin burns caused by hot metal. Failure to comply may
result in death or injury to personnel. Seek medical attention in the event of an injury.

BRAKE DRUM RUNNING HOT
MALFUNCTION
BRAKE ADJUSTMENT IS INCORRECT
CORRECTIVE ACTION
If brakes are out of adjustment, adjust brakes (WP 0057).
MALFUNCTION
WEAK OR BROKEN BRAKE SHOE RETURN SPRING
CORRECTIVE ACTION
If return spring is weak or broken, replace return spring (WP 0059).
