"Interval" Column. This column describes when, and how often, the check is to be made. Thus, if a given check
is performed before operation, the word Before is opposite the check in the Interval column.

Perform the (Before) CHECKS before operating truck.
(2)
Perform the (During) CHECKS while operating truck. During operation means to monitor truck and its
related components while being operated.
(3)
Perform the (After) CHECKS right after operating this truck.
(4)
Perform the (Weekly) CHECKS once a week.

"Item To Be Inspected" Column. The items listed in this column are divided into groups indicating the portion of
the equipment of which they are a part, i.e. front, left, engine. Under these groupings, a few common words are
used to identify the specific item being checked.

"Procedures" Column. This column contains a brief description of the procedure by which the check is per-
formed.

"Not Fully Mission Capable If:" Column. This column contains the criteria that causes the equipment to be clas-
sified as NOT READY/NOT AVAILABLE because of inability to perform its primary mission. An entry in this
column will:
Identify conditions that will make the equipment not ready/available for readiness reporting purposes.
