EVAPORATOR ASSEMBLY MAINTENANCE - CONTINUED

DISASSEMBLY
NOTE
Tag wires and hoses to aid in installation.
1.
Remove thermostat probe (5) from evaporator core assembly (10).
2.
Remove four screws (9) and evaporator core assembly (10) from evaporator assembly (1) and place on work surface.
3.
Remove two fittings (8) and expansion valve (7) from evaporator assembly (1).
4.
Remove four nuts (6), red wire power connector (2), black wire ground connector (3), and blower motor assembly (4)
from evaporator assembly (1).
