Failure to comply may result in injury or death to personnel.
NOTE
Perform PMCS for the Tanker Armor Module (TAM) installed on the M978 Fuel Tanker, 8
X 8, Heavy Expanded Mobility Tactical Trucks (HEMTT).
Review all WARNINGS, CAUTIONS, and NOTEs before performing PMCS and
operating the vehicle with the TAM.
Clean and lubricate moving parts more often when vehicle is operated in sandy or dusty
conditions.
