Volts at Ignition Wire
Turn ignition off.
Less than
Go to C2-23.
Disconnect vehicle harness
*11.5 volts (or 23 volts
connector at ECM.
if using a 24 volt ignition.).
Turn ignition on.
Read voltage between socket B3
on the vehicle harness connector
Greater than
Go to C2-22.
(red lead) and a good ground
or equal to 11.5 volts
(black lead).
(or 23 volts if using
a 24 volt ignition.

Ground Wire
Read voltage between socket B3
Less than
ECM ground wire (ckt#150
on vehicle harness connector
11.5 volts (or 23 volts
is open or has a poor connection.
