Column (3) - Description and Usable On Code. Indicates the Federal item
name and, if required, a minimum description in parentheses to identify and locate the item.
The entry for each item ends with the Commercial and Government Entity Code (CAGEC) in
parentheses followed by the part number. Usable on Code indicates the vehicle to which the
item is assigned. Usable on Code is not applicable for this manual.
d.
Column (4) - Unit of Issue (U/I). Indicates how the item is issued for the
National Stock Number shown in Column (2).

Column (5) - Quantify Required (Qty/Rqd). Indicates the quantity of the item
authorized to be used with the equipment.
