Use extreme caution when handling heavy parts. Provide adequate support and use assistance during
procedure. Failure to follow this warning may cause injury or death to personnel.
Use caution when handling window glass. Glass can break unexpectedly during removal/installation
procedure. Wear face shield, apron, and gloves. Failure to follow this warning may cause injury to per-
sonnel.
For proper threat protection, ballistic glass must be correctly installed onto ballistic glass frame. During
installation, ensure that decal "INSTALL THIS SURFACE TOWARDS THREAT" is located on outside
of cab. Improperly installed ballistic glass will not protect occupants. Failure to follow this warning
may cause injury or death to personnel.

Use caution when using adhesives and sealants. Prolonged inhalation of vapors can cause lung irritation.
Contact with skin can cause dermatitis. Wear gloves and safety goggles and use product in a well-ventilated
area away from open flame. If ingested, keep individual calm and seek medical attention. DO NOT induce
vomiting. If contact with skin or eyes is made, flush thoroughly with water. Dispose of cleanup rags IAW
local policy and ordinances. Failure to follow this warning may cause injury to personnel.

With assistance, install left ballistic glass (14). Use sealant around outside edge of ballistic glass frame.
8.
With assistance, install right ballistic glass (1). Use sealant around outside edge of ballistic glass frame.
9.
Install bottom left surround (19), three new lockwashers (21), washers (22), and bolts (20) on left ballistic glass (14).
10.
Install left surround (15), three new lockwashers (17), washers (18), and bolts (16) on left ballistic glass (14).
11.
Install top left surround (10), three new lockwashers (12), washers (13), and bolts (11) on left ballistic glass (14).
12.
Install center surround (6), six new lockwashers (8), washers (9), and bolts (7) on right ballistic glass (1) and left ballis-
tic glass (14).
13.
Install bottom right surround (23), three new lockwashers (25), washers (26), and bolts (24) on right ballistic glass (1).
14.
Install right surround (27), three new lockwashers (29), washers (30), and bolts (28) on right ballistic glass (1).
15.
Install top right surround (2), three new lockwashers (4), washers (5), and bolts (3) on right ballistic glass (1).
