REMOVAL
NOTE
Both right front panel assembly and left front panel assembly are removed the same way.
Right front panel assembly shown.
1. Remove six screws (1), lockwashers (2), washers (3), and locknuts (4) from front panel
assembly (5). Discard lockwashers and locknuts.
2. Remove two screws (6), lockwashers (7), washers (8), and locknuts (9) from front panel assembly (5) and
lower side panel assembly (10). Discard lockwashers and locknuts.
WARNING
Use extreme caution when handling heavy parts. Provide adequate support and use
assistance during procedure. Ensure that any lifting device used is in good condition and of
suitable load capacity. Keep clear of heavy parts supported only by lifting device. Failure to
follow this warning may cause injury or death to personnel.
NOTE
Front panel assembly weighs 145 lbs (66 kg).
3. Attach sling and lifting device to front panel assembly (5).
4. Using lifting device, remove front panel assembly (5) from lower side panel assembly (10).
