Remove cap nut (4) and socket head screw (5) from door check arm (6).

Push door check arm (6) toward dashboard (7).

With cab door (8) closed, measure distance between top and bottom edges of cab door and door frame (9). Measure-
ments must be equal within 3/32 in (2.38 mm).
NOTE
Perform steps 5 and 6 only if cab door requires adjustment.
5.
To adjust cab door (8), loosen adjusting screws (2 and 3) just enough to allow movement of cab door (8) up and down to
required measurement. Tighten adjusting screws.
